Started in 2017 by Anuj Kale and Shreya Khandekar, Leewardists School is a project that the creators of Leewardists are super passionate about and incredibly proud of. 

After years of making stories about architecture and urban design and conducting numerous live workshops, we wanted to develop an online school that offered the fundamental skills that are often left out by schools or traditional education practices.

With a collaborative spirit embedded in the fabric of our teaching strategies, we aim to establish an alternative learning community. We prioritise one-on-one interactions between mentors and students and promote equitable participation for everyone through our courses' interactive and gamification characteristics. The term "gamification" is not something we use informally. In fact, many of our courses use decision-making games and activities for participants to stimulate better problem-solving, creating a wholesome learning experience.

Having said that, we don't really believe in grading or assessment; instead, our primary goal is to create a technique that will aid in evolving your own concepts and understanding. We heavily rely on visual tools, storytelling, and animations to simplify complex architecture and urban design topics. In addition, we use relatable scenarios to help with your difficulties when learning and even find comedy in all of it!
